This time the focus is the guard and the simple drills proposed are better executed with a partner as shown in the video I recorded in Bucharest, Romania with my student Florin Ionescu last year.
The moves help improve coordination required to set up submissions and recover guard. Practice them with simplicity and increase speed before adding combinations and variations.
