7 Drills to improve your BJJ

Grapplers worldwide are always keen to learn more and more techniques, but what most fail to understand is that they will get nowhere without building the basic skills that will allow them to perform those techniques. One needs great body coordination, agility, balance, speed and accuracy and to acquire those one needs to drill the basic movements.

Repetition is the key that brings effectiveness to one’s game. Drilling the basics will always bring good results. Bridging, escaping hips, rolling and standing up are among the most important moves one needs in BJJ and Grappling.
